What Are the Country Codes Starting With Zero in My Custom Data Downloads?

Starting in February 2018, the country field in the Custom Event and Exception Tracking CSV data files may contain codes which start with a zero. These codes occur when the geo location service is able to resolve the continent for an IP but not the country.

The following is the complete list of codes for when only the continent is known:

• 0A - Asia
• 0B - Africa
• 0C - Antarctica
• 0E - Europe
• 0N - North America
• 0S - South America
• 0O - Oceania

In the Dashboard reports, installations with such IPs will be included as a <NULL> value when viewing countries grouped by continent.
