How Do I Change My Login Email / User Name?
How Do I Change My Login Email / User Name?
The login email / user name for an account cannot be changed. However, you can send an invite to the new email address you want to use as your login email / user name.
If You Have Products Registered on Your Account
If you have products registered on your account, perform the following steps to switch to a new user name / email address:
To switch to a new user name / email address:
- Log in to Usage Intelligence.
- On the Administration menu, select Users & Permissions.
- Click the Invite User button to send an invite to the new email address you'd like to use. An email will be sent to the specified address, from which you can accept the invite and register a new account which will have access the same product.
If You Do Not Have a Product Registered on Your Account
If you do not have a product registered on your account, you can create an account with a different email address and continue to use the new account.
To Deactivate Your Old User Account
If you have created a new account and would like to deactivate your old user account, contact Revenera Support.
